We process the information you voluntarily submit through our contact, sourcing, buyer search and supplier registration forms: company name, contact person, position, country, phone number, email address, website and the content of your message, including product and commercial details you choose to share.

Our forms open your own email client with the completed content; the message is transmitted through your email provider to us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, and perform sourcing, procurement or brokerage services. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting B2B commercial correspondence.

4. Sharing

Commercial information may be shared with potential counterparts strictly in the context of a mandate you have asked us to perform. We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose your identity to the market before you authorise it.
